The driver complained of his truck to be slightly down on power. ... Upon inspection we identified that bearing in the impeller shaft was about to let go. The excessive bearing movement allows compressor wheel to rub on the housing, this sends fillings of foreign material straight through the intake manifold and into the combustion chamber. We effortlessly replaced the turbo and saved the owner tens of thousands of dollars in engine rebuilding costs not to mention the few weeks in down time. As a switched on hard worker he continues to blow me away with his technical ability. Within 12 months Joesph has turned his own ute from a beaten up runabout with a rusty tray into this first class service vehicle. It goes to show, we must put time into the youth and make way for them. Well done Joesph I can’t wait to see what the next few years have install for you.
