13.01.2022 During the holidays my mother and I spent a few hours cooking up traditional Italian delicacies. These are called ‘pallott casc e ova’ in the Abruzzese dialect. Made of the white part of a continental bread, cheese and eggs they are DELIZIOSO! We are so lucky to have another culture and traditions to fall back on. Trying to keep them going is our challenge, and I love a challenge

06.01.2022 Has anyone ever tried making these? Panzerotti? I made them and what a hit they were with my family. Basically it’s pizza dough, made into mini calzone with a filling of ham, cheese, tomato and whatever else you like. It is then deep fried!!! Mmmmmm, buonissimo! It was nice the next day, reheated or cold. Grazie Daniella
