25.01.2022 Great bridge sprint session this morning with my client Carla & Tarsh. Sprinting interval training program is one of the best fat burning exercises. First, you must do this in the morning on an empty stomach. There's a reason for this. When you wake up in the early morning, your body is fasting and in energy "storage" mode. By sprinting in the morning, you "trick" your body into burning excess body fat, also great for getting your fitness & endurance levels up.... Hope everyone has a great day! C.B



24.01.2022 Heres what i had for breakfast this morning, easy delicious & very healthy!! 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs spinach ... turkey breast avocado Usually i would make this into an omelette, but this morning just mixed it all up, so it was kind of like scrambled! Was so good! C.B

18.01.2022 Great training session with my client wayne, finishing the session off with interval training! What is Interval training?? Interval training is basically exercise which consists of activity at high intensity for a period of time, followed by low intensity exercise for a period of time. These 'sets' are repeated.... Example: Today wayne did 30sec on the Crosstrainer at full intensity to really work the muscles & get that heart rate up, then followed with 1minute at low intensity to let that heart come right down repeated for 10-20mins.. this is really gonna burn them unwanted calories. I find this one of the best ways to get the body into fat burning mode. What it does.. -It burns more calories than low intensity training, meaning you can burn more fat in shorter workouts. -Higher intensities stimulate your metabolism far more AFTER the workouts than lower intensity training. This means you continue to burn calories and fat for long periods after you’re done training. Not so with low intensity training. -Training at higher speeds, such as with high intensity training can dramatically improve sports performance. Hope everyone is having a good day :) C.B

16.01.2022 Good Snacks Mini Quiches Ingredients: 2 eggs... 4 egg whites 1 red onion 1 tomato grated zuchinni (about 1 cup) grated carrot (about 1/2 cup) mushrooms capsicum pepper mixed herbs little garlic powder Method: Beat eggs and egg whites, throw in all the veggies and put into slightly oiled muffin pans and put in the oven until the tops go a little brown Enjoy :)

13.01.2022 Hey Everyone, had a great negative training session today with one of my clients! Negative Training Stop Being So Positive!... Weight training is a sport that requires a good attitude. But what about getting negative? I’m not talking about a negative attitude, but rather the value of negative training. Few people are aware of the value of the negative portion of a repetition. Negative only training can break plateaus, combat staleness and significantly increase strength. Some studies suggest that the eccentric portion of a rep is the most valuable for stimulating strength increases. Creating a workout based only on negative reps is a good way to shake up your routine. Example: So its all about the tempo, tempo is how fast you do the exercises. So today we did shoulder press with 4 sec lowering the weight, 0 seconds at the bottom & 1 second lifting the weight up! Finally, negative training is very taxing when performed properly. You should practice it sparingly, using this technique for no more than 1 month at a time. Two weeks is probably enough for most. Go back to normal training for a few months before attempting it again C.B

04.01.2022 Well its good to see that people are actually trying my recipes :) heres a photo of some quiches that my client Marc prepared yesterday :) look delicious.

04.01.2022 Mondays Recipe... Tuna Fritters 185 g tin tuna in spring water, drained 1 egg... 1 spring onion (scallion), sliced Method: Combine the tuna, egg and spring onion, then season with freshly ground black pepper. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray lightly with a little olive oil. Place spoonfuls of the tuna mixture into the pan and cook for 3 minutes each side, or until golden and cooked through. Serve with a green salad or steamed green vegetables drizzled with a little lemon and cold pressed olive oil. Enjoy peeps. Will start posting recipes more often for you all :) enjoy your monday ,EAT CLEAN, TRAIN MEAN!!

03.01.2022 Hey Everyone, hope everyone had a good weekend :) Heres a healthy recipe for you all to try.. very healthy and delicious, & very easy to make. Chicken Mince wrapped in Cabbage:... 500g chicken mince 1 grated carrot 1 grated zucchini 1 onion 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp chilli oregano (any other herbs you like) cabbage leaves Cook the mince until almost cooked, add garlic & onion. Cook for a little longer, then add carrot & zucchini & oregano. When the carrot and zucchini is almost cooked add the chilli. Then just get some cabbage leaves and wrap the chicken mince up in it

Heres some good ways to help you get motivated to workout. - Set on your phone alarm the reasons why you want to achieve your goal, look at them every morning when you wake up.... - Have goalsbut remain flexible. No plan should be cast in concrete, lest it become more important than achieving the goal. - Avoid weak goals. Goals are the soul of achievement, so never begin them with "I'll try ..." Always start with "I will" or "I must." - Prepare your meals for the week, always helps you keep motivated and gives you no excuse. - Avoid negative people. They drain your energy and waste your time, so hanging with them is like shooting yourself in the foot. - Think of the FUTURE.. If anyone wants to share ways they keep motivated leave a comment below :) Im sure people would love to hear what everyone else does. C.B
