10.01.2022 Central Lakes Eye Clinic was founded by General Ophthalmologist Dr Anil Sharma in April of 2015. Dr Sharma has been practising in Rockhampton since 2013 at his private practice Rockhampton Eye Clinic. Dr Sharma graduated from Medical School in 1988, completed his Post-Graduate training in Ophthalmology in 1994, advanced eye training at Sydney Eye Hospital in 2000 and the Royal Adelaide Hospital in 2001. He is a senior Lecturer in Ophthalmology with the University of Queensla...nd (UQ) and is actively involed with Qld RANZCO, AMA Qld and in the teaching program of medical students and supervision of Registrars at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. Dr Sharma practices in all scopes of Comphrehensive Ophthalmology - surgical and medical.

Dr Tai Smith is a Qld trained ophthalmologist that specialises in eyelid, orbit and lacrimal surgery. He visits bundaberg once a month and now services Caboolture and Moreton region consulting at Central Lakes Eye Clinic every fortnight.
