25.01.2022 Hey everyone. I hope you are healthy and happy. This has been a very full on week so far and the studio is all closed for now. For those who have asked I’ve opened up a private group called Centre 4 Studio Pilates Community. If you search this and join this is the page I’ll be uploading some mini workout for you all (for free) and also letting you know about online platforms that I’m going to put in place xox Sending virtual hugs to you all!

01.01.2022 Wishing everyone a very happy Monday! In the effort to continue our clean work environment please be aware of the following guidelines - If you are unwell or have been around anyone showing cold/flu symptoms please advise and we will postpone your session.... - When entering and leaving the studio please wash hands with facilities provided. Hand sanitiser is also available up and down stairs. - Single use equipment is being cleaned/sanitised after every session and all common areas are being cleaned multiple times a day. - Sessions are capped at a max of 3 people per instructor to maintain social distancing regulations.
