25.01.2022 These words embody the intention of my logo - the Chameleon has the primitive instinct to change itself according to what's going on in its current environment. You can't always change your situation (there's a time for that), and you can't change other people. What you CAN do is empower yourself to make changes to your SELF - your thought processes, your health, your values. The therapies I have chosen to work with are all in alignment with the energy of this. Make an appointment for that chaos to reset itself.

16.01.2022 Hey everybody, this is the link to the walk I am hosting on 22nd August to raise money for 4 girls who lost their Dad to a bomb blast. We are syncing it to events across various locations in Australia and NZ. Come and get some exercise with a lovely bunch of ladies, knowing that if you donate it will go directly to the 4 girls, not some corporate body to stash or waste. I’ve deliberately made it a flat walk- 9.4 km, and the backpack is optional. (Personally I can see a few bricks being deposited along the way ). Oh and there’s plans for muffins and coffee at the other end.

Today my cosy massage room welcomed back a beautiful soul from 9 years ago and another state! Listening to her stories of growth and awakening over those years warmed my heart, and I am very grateful to be a little spec in her life journey.

11.01.2022 Do you often wonder why things (plans, jobs, dreams) don't work out for you? You seem to put all the effort in, but nothing feels 'right' and you constantly face the proverbial brick wall. There are so many forces at play that affect whether there is 'success' or 'failure' (keep in mind that both are learning tools!). I truly believe that one of those forces is planetary alignment (if the phases of the moon can affect the pull of the tides, think how they must affect our huma...n bodies, which are about 70% water!). Then there's the synchronicity of the involvement of other people, but importantly, there's your gut instincts of KNOWING and RECOGNIZING when the alignment is 'right'. That is something you FEEL. You can only do this when the noise of everyday life settles, to lessen the interference of your conscious brain that has a habit of sabotaging your efforts. I can help with that alignment, through the therapies that I have specifically chosen to study and practice. They all work on the subtle flow of energy in and around your body, to free it up instead of being trapped in an organ or a body structure.
