20.01.2022 It’s that weird time between Christmas and New Years when so many are still on holidays or at least in holiday mode, perhaps only just contemplating some goals for the year ahead. And yet, swimming training goes on! Goals are already being chased! Many of our major competitions happen in the early months of the new year so while we enjoyed some downtime over Christmas, training resumed today! And our swimmers couldn’t be more pleased to see each other and get back into it! #TeamChandler #GoalDiggers #Training

15.01.2022 A great day was had today at Brisbane Aquatic Centre. Chandlers annual SC Meet ran as a closed event for the very first time. Our committee had to work extra hard this time around to make this meet a success, and by all accounts they did just that! Thank-you to all who came and complied with all of the covid-safe measures in place. Your patience and understanding is truly appreciated. Thank-you to all time-keepers, team-managers, officials and coaches for your time and... effort too. A special mention must be made of the relatively seamless transition we made to self-marshalling - well done to everyone who played their part in making that happen! It was so great to see our swimmers back in action! So many great swims! It seems (Swimming) life does go on after covid and its not that bad after all! #ChandlerSC2020 #TeamChandler #WinterSwimming #ShortCourse #CovidSafe #BrisbaneSwimming @ Sleeman Sports Complex
