16.01.2022 The AHO’s IT grants program is now open and you can apply via our website. Applications can be accepted until 5 p.m. on 5 July. Grants will range from $15,000 to up to $70,000 depending on how many homes you manage. The IT Grants Program is aimed at Aboriginal Community Housing Providers (ACHPs) that are registered or intend to become registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) or the NSW Local Scheme (NSWLS).... 14.01.2022 Free energy training was held today in Lismore, developed by the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON), Community Housing Industry Association NSW, the Public Int...erest Advocacy Centre and the Office of Environment and Heritage. The NSW Energy and Water Ombudsman Ms Janine Young attended and explained how EWON can help consumers of energy to save and be proactive when it comes to energy retailers. The Public Interest Advocacy Centre spoke on many interesting topics including visiting the Australian Government's free Energy Switch site at https://www.energymadeeasy.gov.au/ where consumers can compare offers from electricity and gas retailers.
