18.01.2022 Grounding When you have a day of too many thoughts of things to do Where your energy feels scattered to the four winds... Time to stop and find time to do some Earthing and stand bare foot on the earth. Standing bare foot on the earth and doing some conscious breathwork tops my body mind and soul with beautiful earth energy It calms the mind, re energises , creates clearer focus , helps with brain and heart coherence We should never be too busy to take time to find a quiet space to reconnect and ground ourselves

12.01.2022 THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE START TO THE WEEK! I am so happy to share this update with you from the gorgeous Chloe herself, all about her transplant journey. Her husband Dave gave us updates when he could, and then the news that she was going to die if t...hey didnt find her new lungs.
