Well, last month I did both for Precious Paws Animal Rescue, a not-for-profit organisation which is run by an army of 224 volunteers who care for neglected and forgotten dogs in their family homes.... They’re hoping to reverse a nationwide trend that has seen 250,000 dogs euthanised in Australian pounds in the past year. As a not-for-profit unfunded charity, Precious Paws Animal Rescue relies heavily on supporters and donations to rescue neglected and at-risk dogs. 04.01.2022 Like every Australian I was shocked at the severity of the recent bushfires. Last week, Chris Dickman, an ecology expert from the University of Sydney suggested more than an 800 million animals (mammals, birds and reptiles) have died this bushfire season. It’s a figure I’m finding difficult to comprehend.... To do our bit, the team at Clout PR & Content has chosen to adopt a Koala, Charlotte, from Friends of the Koala, a non-profit community group run by volunteers dedicated to conserving koalas in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales.
