20.01.2022 Many parents are unaware that their child is short-sighted (cant see far) because children these days are doing less distance activities such as watching TV or playing outdoor sports that requires good long distance vision. Almost all children in Australia have access to a near device of some sort, whether it be a phone, tablet or computer. Comfort Eyecare Optometrists are very concerned about this issue and do provide treatments to try and slow down or halt the progression of short-sightedness.
