22.01.2022 Love oysters but dont like shucking them yourself? Place them over an outdoor fire or use your BBQ or Weber. The oysters will cook in their shells (listen ...to them sizzle and spit) and as an added bonus will be easier to open. Make sure you have appropriate gloves when handling them as they will be hot!! Open the oysters and add a dash of Worcestershire or hot sauce sauce and slurp down, or after removing the lids spoon on a little flavoured butter and return to the hot plate or grill until the butter has melted .
