Park on Fulcher Rd near Glass and Bead place (Waterworks Rd end) and walk past boom gates into u see over car park! BYO yoga mat &/or towel if you have one. I supply a few. Get up!!! Come see the sun rise and have a larf... AND get fit

04.01.2022 So - we have reached that time, my Creative Fit Friends where we take our leave for now It was so much fun to jump, run, catch and do lots of core for the last 5 months or so. Thank you!!! There is a strong chance I will do something down the line for a couple months again. Just PM me if curious. In the meantime - shuddup and get a 6 pack!!!
