21.01.2022 2020. ALMOST A WRAP. Despite the pandemic, lockdowns etc, 2020 was a year of growth for us. We signed up with a few agencies that lead to some remarkable animation work being completed in record time for a few global brands. We also had Andy Sephton coming on board full time and working on those really important partnerships (and he also got promoted as Dad). ... The full job description is included below: Operations Assistant (p/t - contract) - circa. $1,200 p/m About us... If you can imagine it, we can animate it! Creative Kiwi is a fully integrated video production house with a focus on original, bespoke video animation and content development. The Role Assist the Sydney team with operational activities, including: - Email enquires - Invoicing - Liaising with the overseas development team - Quality control - Attending meetings (online/in-person - Sydney area only) - Managing work in progress reporting - Marketing campaign management Hours - approx. 30-40 hours p/m (includes hours outside of usual working hours as we work across multiple time zones) About you - Located in Sydney - Excellent attention to detail - Familiar with online project management tools (Trello, Wipster and WhatsApp experience preferred but not essential) - Experience working with marketing and advertising agencies preferred - English as first language preferred - ABN required as this is a contract position Please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected]
