25.01.2022 We are so excited to be bringing this to our tap line up shortly. It’s our Dark Lager. 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU. This German style schwarzbier treads a fine balance between classic lager drinkability and the moreishness of dark beer. A subtle aroma entices you into a clean and crisp palette layered with spice, roast malt and a hint of chocolate like sweetness. We’ll let you know when it is on tap at the bar and in bottle. 24.01.2022 This Saturday, 7th March from 12pm to 6pm we'll have our beers available on tap and for takeaways at Club Sapphire's Craft Beer Festival in Merimbula. This is a family friendly event with beer and food vendors on-site and live entertainment. Tickets are $10 (includes entry and a festival cup). We look forward to seeing these other great breweries there! 21.01.2022 The Jazzcats will be playing from 12.30pm Sunday. Come and listen to the their toe-tapping Swing, Latin, Funk, Blues and mainstream Jazz. The weather is looking perfect for chilled beers and wines on the deck and lawn. Pizzas from 12pm and wine tasting, morning tea and the bar will be open from 10am.

We made two types, one with 30% Arneis juice and the other was fermented with Sangiovese grapes and native yeast.
