13.01.2022 Who makes the coolest ice cream in Darwin? Curled. Craig and Darlene Finck are the masterminds behind this brand and along with their sons, the innovative d...essert makers. They worked together to get it up and running after seeing the initial idea on Facebook and also when they went on a cruise, they saw a similar machine in Malaysia. People were instantly flocking to the machine, so they knew the concept had great potential but when they tried the ice cream it wasn’t so good. So, they worked for about 2 and a half months perfecting their own recipe to make sure it delivers in the taste department and would still roll to make the curls. They then had heaps of fun making the flavours and creating their own menu. The Curled Mango ice cream is definitely one of the most popular flavours they sell. It uses locally grown mango. They also make any of their menu items with coconut cream for a diary free alternative. Grab your curled ice cream this weekend at Curled. See you on Saturday .
