11.01.2022 Dear members, Due to the International Seminar in Dubbo being cancelled, the International Committee is hosting a Welcome to Ecuador informal Webinar from the Ecuador Embassy. The webinar is on this Friday, 7 August at 10.30 am.... Zoom program onto your computer/phone/laptop and then follow the link below to join the webinar: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84246165693 Passcode: 106113 Webinar ID: 842 4616 5693 A reminder that a zoom webinar is different to a zoom meeting. A webinar is a view-only platform where attendees cannot see each other, and the host cannot see the attendees. Zoom functions best on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The Webinar session will be recorded, so that if you can’t tune in on Friday, you can watch the recording later at your leisure, hopefully with friends and fellow members. Following this Webinar, there will be Ecuador Zoom sessions planned for the upcoming weeks, where members will then be able to interact with the Webinar presenters and other members from the Ecuador Friendship Association and local Ecuadorian Community. The timetable and the variety of subjects of these Zoom sessions will be advertised following the Webinar this Friday. I look forward to hosting this event and the subsequent information session on this wonderful country! Kind regards, Lyn Braico State International Officer

11.01.2022 Dear CWA of NSW members and friends, Hornsby Branch have been lucky enough to secure a Zoom session with the Master Chef herself, Mrs Julie Goodwin! Julie will be sharing her famous 'Lemon Diva Cupcakes' recipe and have a fun and informal chat with 50 lucky Zoom participants on Thursday, 7 May, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. ... Julie would like to support our CWA of NSW Disaster Relief Fund, so we ask that you make a donation. Please contact for information on this. We hope to raise at least $250.00 on Julies behalf, so for just $5.00 you can join in the fun. First in, best dressed! Please register with Hornsby Branch President, Ros Hopwood @ [email protected], send through a copy of your donation receipt and Ros will send the link to this session and Julie's recipe to you ASAP.. ( Having the recipe, you could bake and taste before Zoom meeting. If any queries who better than to ask Julie herself on Zoom. )
