23.01.2022 Enjoying some fresh juice today hoping to fight off the winter bugs!

23.01.2022 Now that almost all my daycare children are 2 and over we have begun getting involved in community activities. Learning how to participate and interact in larger groups is an essential skill. We are now visiting the library, music class and playgroup. The children are growing in confidence each week :).

22.01.2022 Our colour mixing experiment - so much awe and inquisitiveness!

21.01.2022 We have been enjoying these last few weeks of daycare (see photos). This week we will say goodbye to two children transitioning to school and kindy. There have been a few goodbyes over the last month but the relationships formed over the time daycare has been open are strong and we've already been busy organising playdates outside of daycare to continue these beautiful friendships :). One more month until daycare closes for maternity leave until October...

21.01.2022 If anyone has any old technology items lying around we would love to have them at daycare please :)! Examples: old remote controls, keyboards, laptops, phones, type writers etc.

21.01.2022 Last week we went on our first excursion to shoal point park. Lots of physical activity and gross motor skills were used, we met some lovely people and finished it off with a picnic.

18.01.2022 Can't make the community teddy bears picnic so we are having our own :)!

17.01.2022 Our daycare grown basil is really enhancing the children's sandpit cooking! Smells delicious ;).

17.01.2022 Daycare will close this Friday 24th February as we welcome our third baby. We will be reopening on October 2nd, 2017 :).

16.01.2022 The children are loving spring and all the new growth that comes with it. Our tomatoes are huge now! Just waiting for them to ripen and we will be doing some cooking :)!

15.01.2022 Very proud of my daycare children! We've been baking up a storm for the mackay family daycare fundraiser on tomorrow night at northern beaches bowls club :). If you're in the neighborhood pop on down for some yummy baked treats!

09.01.2022 Who else is loving this change in weather? We certainly were today! Changed our routine to enjoy lunch in the great outdoors :)
