10.01.2022 The Snake Bean Garden is having a Fund Raiser Tea/coffee cakes/biscuits stall at the "Friends of the Garden" Plant Sale held at the top of the gardens on SUNDAY 3 November 8 am. - 12 noon. This is a yearly event which draws huge crowds. So, today we had a meeting to prepare for the event which will happen next week! Please join us!

07.01.2022 #Hands_On_Australia by NTTA #Fund_Raising_for_Bush_Fire_NT and local Firefighting Volunteers travelling to helping the major bushfire in NSW and VIC #Date: Sund...ay_12_Jan_2020 #Time: 10 AM - 5 PM #Location: Gateway_Shopping_Centre, Palmerston.(at the community area in front of Woolworth) As we know there's a major situation going on with bushfires in Australia., NT Thai Association and Masseuse volunteers including Group of Thai people have initiated a fundraising campaign called "#Hands_on_Australia". Our professional masseuses will be waiting to offer #a15minutes_head_neck_and_shoulder massage service for $15 donation or more if you please. They are all trained and well experienced in Thai massage. All money raised on the day will be donated to Bushfire NT and local firefighting volunteers who are spending their own time away from their families , risk themselves in the dangers situation tirelessly and bravely without expecting anything in return , but save People and animal lives from the disaster in NSW and VIC. Let’s join us to recognise their sacrifice and make them proud that people in NT are thinking of them. 05.01.2022 We had a lot of fun with snake bean community garden today. Thank you all community garden , Family and friends who came to join our activity. Well done everyone. Katy made this dress from organic products from our community and her garden at home. Thank you everyone that supported us by buying coffee, iced tea, and snacks! See you next year.

01.01.2022 Thanks to the great efforts from Leon, Jennifer W, Anu Bishnu, Helen, Agnes, David, Narelle, James, Katy, Jenny and Mike - the garden now looks very tidy. All the paths have been cleared, the area under the stairs of the eco house is cleared, the two huge piles of mulch from the mulch pit area are now clear thanks to the trucks kindly provided by the Botanical Gardens.
