22.01.2022 ELASTIC UPDATE #3 Almost all of our elastic is now in NSW. Those who ordered a fortnight ago our estimate of 10 working days for it to arrive in Aus was bang on the mark Some of the earliest orders will start getting notifications that your shipment is on the way from late last night onwards. We are allocating the tracking numbers to your orders in advance as it’s a timely process and we don’t want to slow the process down and have you wait any longer.... 21.01.2022 ELASTIC update ! Good Morning All We have 6 orders of elastic currently having a holiday in Singapore Numerous tantrums have been had with TNT international over the last week. Yesterday they assured us that some of our shipments will be on the next Cargo flight out of Singapore but they cannot tell me which ones or when.... On the upside 2 Cargo flights were allowed to Australia yesterday. So things are starting to move. The biggest problem is the suppliers don’t tell you about these delays when you place an order, and unfortunately all freight that originates from Asia must pass via Singapore. Believe us nobody would be happier to get these elastic orders out the door than us, we have a mound of paid and addressed satchels waiting to be filled and shipped. Pre Order Fabrics half has arrived with balance due to to arrive in Australia and takes approximately a week to get processed by customs.
