25.01.2022 Saturday, I witnessed a beautiful couple marry Kristen and Ben married in the stunning glass enclosed gazebo at Sheldon Receptions in Sunshine West. Originally planned for Princess Pier, plans were changed on Saturday morning at 9am where Kristen and Ben decided their wet weather plan had to be put into action. Maria from Sheldon Receptions was lovely and so very helpful in making sure we were right to go in the back garden area. Once we entered the gazebo, we moved the ...original chairs and the boys from Abracadabra Events came in and set about putting the sleek white chairs out and created a stage area from Kristen and Ben to stand on for their ceremony. The boys then finished the space off with a white carpet for the bride to walk down. These boys were absolutely fantastic to work with too, nothing was too hard. Les, a friend of the couple, provided black plinths and the stunning silver vases with floral arrangements to be centered behind Kirsten and Bens stage and also at the start of the aisle and the doors leading into the gazebo. I met Ben when he arrived and made sure he was good to go. Guests arrived and were seated. The gorgeous flower girls arrived and they looked so adorable! The bridesmaids shortly followed, absolutely beautiful in their dresses. Then Kirstens car appeared and drove slowly to the point where I met her. She stepped out and she looked breathtaking!! I had some clear umbrellas handy, and with one, her dad escorted her to the gazebo where they then proceeded to walk up the aisle, towards Ben and this is when the fairytale began... Their celebrant, John Byrne, stood to the side and married Kirsten and Ben. Johns delivery was magnificent and the couple and crown all giggled together when something cheeky was said. John was terrific and the ceremony was relaxed and fun with friendly banter. The ceremony was concluded with a huge applause as John presented the guests with the newest married couple! I loved every minute of this day and the planning that went into it in the days and weeks leading up to such an important day for Kirsten and Ben. I am forever grateful to have been given such an important role on a day that will be celebrated each year. Thank you Kristen and Ben Gusman, huge congratulations to you both and may married life be nothing but the very best!!

16.01.2022 Good morning, Decide on Forever are off to the Sheldon Receptions today to set up and create a beautiful ceremony for my gorgeous clients today. We have been watching the Radar this morning and it looks like there is 100% chance of rain so our lovely bride has made the heartbreaking decision to move the ceremony from the stunning Princess Pier to their reception, and the Sheldon Receptions has been so wonderful about our last-minute changes. All vendors called and confirmed... of changes and our couple is all organised. Phew! What a busy 24 hours we have had to check and double check weather and vendors and venues, but we are all sorted and locked in!
