19.01.2022 Reader question: Advice please ... Over this weekend we held Family Portrait sessions as a fundraiser for our school P&C. Most of the families booked in had pr...e-paid their $15 sitting fee, which goes directly to the school. A few families didn't show up, some didn't bother acknowledging they had missed their sittings. My question is, if a family didn't show up to their sitting and had paid for it are we obliged to refund their money? Many thanks! See more
