11.01.2022 Detec Australia has been assisting in the location of possible defects in this polyurea system being applied on BGC Essence Apartment project. The first level planters and walkways are so of the most complicated and intricate I have seen on a building project in Perth. Detec Australia electronic leak detection system was chosen because of its speed, accuracy, able to do both vertical and horizontal surfaces saving both time and water as a lot of areas could not be water tested for leaks.#Waterproofing #BGC #HamesSharley #ElectronicLeakDetection #ArchitectsWA #Landscapedesigners

03.01.2022 Setting up to carry out a leak detection scan on this rather large Planter box. 2 Layer Soprema Torch on Membrane installed by Auswest Coatings needs to be watertight. Taking a little over an hour to complete the scan to walls and the floor saved the builder days in labour and watercosts instead of trying to flood test this planter due to its size.
