25.01.2022 Having fun on the floor to ceiling this morning. Not many people know this but I spent over 15years doing 3 disciplines of martial arts. Only about 3 years boxing but it certainly feels awesome to have the gloves on again. Very rusty and slow but you gotta start somewhere. Looking forward to throwing this in a few times a week and see what I can do.

20.01.2022 Been a while since I've put training advice up. Thought I'd put this one up. Its especially important to keep tension in any muscle your training constant. This is the perfect way to keep constant tension in the hemi's and glutes through a stiff leg dead lift. As your hips align tension would normally decrease in this movement. The band actually allows the tension to increase in the hemi's and glutes at the top of the movement for maximum benefit. Especially good for those girls looking to build that ass. Have a go!

18.01.2022 Managed to surprise myself tonight pulling 210x1 after pulling 180x3. Have had a bad back for a long time so nice to lift something heavy for a change. @lizziec__ smashed out 120x1 after making 90kg and 100kg deadlifts look easy. What a babe! @ Go Health Clubs Carindale
