24.01.2022 So arrogant, selfish, disrespectful & disconnected! It doesnt surprise me that along with environmental protection, indigenous rights are one of the first things to be attacked by Empire to kickstart its lifeblood the old economy. Ignorance, fear, disconnection & greed. Desperately trying to keep the beast trapped in its dysfunctional old form, rather than allowing it to evolve.... My prayers that the closure prevails along with hard-won respect & support for First Nations peoples & Gaia!

So, I can highly recommend checking out courses by the incredible Jake Cassar - he is now running online plant-based survival courses via Zoom & his next one is tomorrow afternoon! Aside from his impressive wealth of real knowledge, Jake is an incredibly generous protector of our bushland, its plants, trees & animals. These courses are how he suppor...ts his family so lets support him. Check it out & if you appreciate what hes doing then pls take a moment to share with your network :)

14.01.2022 Dear friends - for you I offer this Easter Sunset Sound Ceremony, recorded at a sacred site in Garigal NP on Sydneys Northern Beaches, yesterday - 12.4.20 Sincere respects to the Gaimaragal people, past, present & future - who are traditional custodians for this site. Respects & heart-felt prayers for First Nations Peoples around the world to thrive, be understood & appreciated. In the Spirit of Death & Resurrection at this sacred time of year, I invite you to create & hold ...time & space for your body, gut, heart, mind & Spirit to journey with this sonic medicine offering. You are free to use it however you are guided.Perhaps you might like to include a contemplation on what kind of a world you intend to give your energy to co-creating, once our lockdown pause-button is released & Humanity is once again unleashed upon this precious world. What does your deepest wisdom call you to let go of, to allow to dissolve into free energy for life to recycle? And what to nurture, refine and carry forwards as your offering to our collective future? You each have my humble, heart-felt prayers for well-being, wisdom & inspiration at this pivotal time in Human history. Remember you are here for a reason. The journey is to connect with & share your highest purpose at this time. Blessings, Marc Kundalini See more

10.01.2022 Honoured to be playing didgeridoo for Uncle Greg Simms at this grieving-healing vigil for country, next Sunday 2 Feb, 11am at Hyde Park, Sydney. Having recently shared didgeridoo medicine with tribe on several Hawaiian islands + chatted with a wide range of tourists, I am heartened that the bushfire tragedy has touched not just most Aussies, but also much of Humanity around the world. This tragedy for Australias country & people runs deep & has many layers, the full implicat...ions of which well only realise in years & decades to come. Now is an important time to begin the gathering, grieving & healing process - please join us.

07.01.2022 Hi folks - welcome to Sydney Didgeridoo Yidaki! This is the virtual gathering ground for Sydneys Didgeridoo/Yidaki players to gather, network, share, inspire, collaborate etc. Its also a space to contribute to respectful Reconciliation, as like myself there are likely to me many of us who are not Aboriginal or TSI - yet have a deep love for & affinity with Aboriginal or TSI culture. So feel free to join our community & share a bit of your didgeridoo/yidaki story.... A little about me (see pic below) I was inspired to learn to play this profound instrument in 1992 when at a festival I saw some people lying on the ground with big grins while 2 guys played didge over their bodies. I jumped in & had a powerful experience - immediately knew I needed to share this with others. Since then Ive had the blessing of learning from & playing with many wonderful players, including receiving the blessing of yidakis foremost custodian Djalu Guruwiwi. I regularly play at festivals, conscious music events, yoga groups, sacred ceremonies, meditations, sound baths, on TV, on radio, weddings and more - I sometimes even play my tuneable slide-didge key-matched to tracks while I DJ at festivals, doofs & other open-minded parties & gatherings. There are so many different contexts that this instrument gets played - I look forward to hearing your stories! 1Love, Marc Kundalini Cottee :)
