25.01.2022 Well I have finally made the plunge and have started my own handyman business. First two jobs completed this week. Please share my page with your friends

24.01.2022 Last project was a Timber Deck that was completed in a little over a week. Deck boards were a composite timber with hidden screws.

24.01.2022 Before and after pictures of todays job to fit Slattice panels on top of the Colorbond fence in a backyard.

22.01.2022 Job from last week was to install garden beds out of treated pine sleepers around courtyard.

21.01.2022 Latest project was a house renovation that included painting outside and inside. Replacing internal doors, staining pool deck, adding new Blackbutt timber around the pool and backyard making the pool comply to the new regulations. Also restaining the railing and painting front terrace.

20.01.2022 Last job compleated. Replaced water damage fascia board and add a new railing on top to exisiting rail to the height of safety and design requirements.

20.01.2022 All cement work for landscaping of front yard now complete. New brick garden edging and 900mm x 450 porcelain tiles used for stepping stones. New letter box. Sir Walter Buffalo grass laid where required. Only need to select stones to and plants to finish off.

19.01.2022 Job from last Friday was to install a new pool pump as the old one had a cracked housing.

17.01.2022 Home Unit Renovation now completed. Work carried out. Kitchen - Completely painted. New benchtops, oven, cooktop and rangehood fitted. Tiles regrouted and silasticed around benchtops. Loungeroom and bedrooms - Ceilings, walls, doors and door jambs painted.... Bathroom and Ensuite - Completely painted, new vanities and tiles regrouted where required. Bath and showers resilasticed. 15.01.2022 Fence finished with the bottom sloped to follow the concrete driveway and top sloped to suit the slope of the land. Colorbond colours Woodland Gray fence with Paperbark Lattice.

14.01.2022 New pergola installed in swimming pool area. 5.5 meters long x 3.0 meters wide.

13.01.2022 Twenty four bays of Colorbond fence completed with sleepers along the bottom and lattice along the top.

12.01.2022 Latest job compleated with the roof on the Pergola replaced wth corrugated colorbond steel. Frame painted with colorbond Monarch and slats painted Slate grey. The customer said it has turned out much better than she expected.

11.01.2022 Purpose built trailer capable of transporting all tools and materials for any type of work required by customers.

09.01.2022 Last week job was to built a Pergolar. Built in four days with the customer very happy with the finished result.

08.01.2022 Another job compleated. Retaining walls made from galvanised posts and concrete sleepers. Sleepers are 1500mm long x 150mm high x 60 mm thick.

08.01.2022 Latest job compleated was to remove damaged floating floor boards at back sliding door and replace with 600mm of Travertine tiles.

06.01.2022 Before and after photos of repairs done to the Facia, gables and Finials on the second story roof. Sanded , primed, painted and replaced the rotten Finials.

04.01.2022 Last job was to replace the rotten pine posts on a Pergola. Manufactured and replaced with 125 x125 x 4mm SHS steel posts. Repaired water damaged ceiling, sanded, washed and repainted. Replace the 11 Halogen downlights with 10 watt LED downlights. Fittted Colorbond Fascias to sides and front of pergola to stop any more water damage.

04.01.2022 Last job was doing lots of repairs to a customer house to get it ready to sell. Some of the repairs were grouting the shower, rescuing the loose tiles on the bathroom floor and vanity. Replacing the Laundry tub and also replacing the broken tiles around the tub.

04.01.2022 Balcony renovation finished. Replaced water damaged post and roof beam. New Ecodeck in greystone colour, new Colorbond roofing in Windstray colour and new black Aluminium railings.

04.01.2022 Before and after photos of work carried out on a colorbond fence that needed repairing that was damaged by a truck.

03.01.2022 Customer wanted the three windows next to her front door changed so they can open. The window companies would not make them as they needed to be awning windows that open in because of the security screen. After discussion with the customer I decided to manufacture them myself. She was very happy because she has been trying to get someone they could do this job for 18 years. Windows made with Tasmanian Oak and toughened safety glass.

02.01.2022 Bathroom finished. Ceiling repaired and painted. Door, doorjamb and window architrave painted.

02.01.2022 Last job was to make and fit a Pool Pump Cover. Treated pine frame and 17mm Formply top and sides. Just waiting for the customer to chose and paint it the colour he wants.

01.01.2022 Timber deck repaired, sanded, cleaned, washed and painted. Before and after photos what a difference a coat of paint can do.

01.01.2022 Backyard Landscape job now compleated. 1. Old curved garden edging removed from around backyard. 2. Concrete slab formed up and laid with new landing. 3. Stepping stones laid on landing with river pebble surround. 3. Garden shed erected on concrete slab.... 4. New straight garden edgeing bricks laid on concrete all round backyard with bricks to match house. 5. Sir Walter buffalo grass laid where required. See more
