10.01.2022 OVERDUE ACCOUNTS. As your aware im only receiving bank transfers due to current COVID-19 situation. Overdue acocunts is not something i usually have a problem with. But latley clients arent paying me on time. Accounts are striclty 3 business days from when you receive my invoice by text. If i havent received payment or a transfer reciept in this time your then sent a reminder text. I understand we all live busy lives and forget sometimes. This is my business and what pays... my bills. Its not fair for me to chase up money when i have provided you with a service. Please note if you havent paid for your previous appointment i will not schedule any further appointments. This could result in forfeiting your regular spot and having to wait 4-6 weeks for an opening. You all know im very booked out so there is a high chance of this happening. If your unable to pay your bill on time please discuss this with me and im more than happy to work out a plan with you. I appreciate your support for my business Sharni

07.01.2022 1.5 weeks left of grooming for the year. Im fully booked. This heat has made grooming difficult and I ve had to rearrange clients to early mornings and arvos. Im sorry for this inconvenience.

In relation to the current situation i ask all my clients, if you or anyone within the home are unwell with flu like symptoms, to notify me to reschedule your appointment. Your dogs arent able to transmit any sickness however their coats can carry germs for a short time from contact with their owners. I soley rely on this business for my income and cannot afford to become ill. I also have alot of elderly clients whom i am taking great precautions with. Please be considerate. I appreciate all the support for my business. Sharni
