25.01.2022 Bodybuilding is not difficult at all if you know how to diet and train. Many people struggle with diet, but that's the wrong training method. The whole diet is carbohydrate-even, fruit, chicken and broccoli, and I change it often so I don't get bored.... Next week, you can compete INBA Master Sports Model, I can drink water before the competition. My coach @ Michael Michael Waddington instructed me I can still drink water on a competition week. I became healthy while doing body building, and I got a lot of energy and worked a lot all day long. Every two hours, I feel hungry and my appetite is hungry when I turn around like a young teenager at the age of 51. Building is a fight against you, but it's a really good sport and anyone can build up slowly.

21.01.2022 Starting today, in order to make my muscles bigger, I change my diet program, take other carbs, and focus on exercising and attacking my chest and arms. I smashed for almost an hour without taking a break, but it working well and effective. Thanks Michael Waddington who help me a bigger and stronger.

Even though it is the result of working together with my coach Michael Waddington - PNBA Bodybuilder until we get such good results in a short period of 6 weeks. Achieved with a 1% chance of success for 6 week prep.... Now all you have to do is show the results of our efforts well on the stage this Saturday.
