Or you can sign in our manual register. Please see our staff for assistance. From Saturday, 5 December, particular WA businesses and venues will be required to maintain a mandatory contact register for staff and patrons. The reintroduction of contact registers is an additional protection measure and will... assist with WA Department of Health contact tracing, should it be required. Businesses or venues required to keep a contact register, include: Food and licenced venues (restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, taverns, nightclubs) Gyms, indoor sporting centres and pools Places of worship and funeral parlours Beauty and personal care services including hairdressers and barbers Galleries and museums Cinemas, theatres and other entertainment venues Auction houses and real estate inspections Community facilities, libraries and halls Zoos and amusement parks Function centres Accommodation facilities that already have check-in arrangements in place (i.e. hostels, hotels, large camp grounds) Designated businesses and venues will be required to collect the date, name, telephone number and arrival time of all patrons, staff, visitors and contractors that attend the premises, other than to collect takeaway. The following rules and protocols will apply: Limit of 20 people with a monitored time limit of 2 hours... 1.5 metre distance between tables Bookings are preferable, please contact us to make a booking All patrons are required to have the CovidSafe app OR provide us with your name and contact information so we can contact you, if necessary Please practice social distancing in waiting areas We have sanitising wipes available for all patrons to wipe down the EFTPOS keypad before and after use Unfortunately at this time, there will be no condiments on tables and provided upon patron request Unfortunately, there will be no water stations available at this time We will have laminated menus available, and sanitised between use Cutlery will be provided to patrons by our front of house staff, unfortunately at this time patrons can not help themselves to cutlery We have plenty of hand sanitiser available for your convenience All staff are practising the WHO and state/federal health guidelines (wiping tables and chairs between each patrons; no bar service; door handles are wiped regularly) Our dishwasher is hot and raring to go!
