23.01.2022 "This is 3-year-old Myf singing to her horses, Chester and Teddy. She climbed up on an old strainer post while singing. The horses wandered up to investigate an...d ended up being serenaded to sleep. Just a quiet winter afternoon after feeding the cattle. 19.01.2022 Restrictions are starting to ease but remember to still social distance because we don’t know where the virus is even when things seem like they’ve gone back to normal. Here’s a good way to remember to social distance...

18.01.2022 Morning Mantra: "What you think about, you bring about." Your subconscious mind is a powerful resource that can work for you or against you. The subconscious m...ind makes no judgments -- it simply carries out the orders sent to it by the conscious mind. If you are constantly filling your thoughts with the negative like worrying about what could go wrong, what others think of you, or your past mistakes, then there is no room for the positive thoughts. When you focus on the positive things like your goals that you are working on, when you repeatedly visualize them in detail, you are sending commands to your subconscious mind. Once you’ve given it a clear direction, your subconscious will find a way to bring your dreams into reality. Your life is what you THINK it is. #BeAPositiveThinker #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie #HorseHippie #MorningMantra #InspirationalQuotes

17.01.2022 I like this quote.... Actually from the Bible, it’s very wise! Matthew 6:19-21 Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.... To me this basically means; don’t spend so much of your life on materialistic things... & work on discovering your unconscious & experiences that will be your treasure!

16.01.2022 HI ALL EKE FOLLOWERS... The light at the end of the tunnel is near! 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. EKE had to take a step aside since 2018 due to personal circumstances but we’re back & loving the WA warm winter! Yes warm seeing we were in Melbourne last winter, which was utterly freezing . Now the virus has put our plans on hold, it has given us time to reassess what needs to be done to move forward in the best direction. So on this note we’d like to start o...ffering lessons & therapy sessions by September maybe even sooner. We are now located at CALJIE which is halfway between NORTHAM & YORK. Those that have to travel a fair distance but want to join our EKE programs please inquire about our group discounts so that you can possibly team up with other friends or families to save $ & put that towards your travel. These sessions do go for at least a couple of hours so it’s worth the drive. Most exciting news is we’re now located at a farm that has stables, round yard & an Arena! Yay! Finally though we will still encourage to use our relaxed approach to venture out into nature than be in yards all the time. Still, it’s nice to have these extra facilities. This picture sums up things of recent & I reckon many could relate to it. Kind Regards Carmody See more

14.01.2022 Long interview but definitely worth listening to... https://youtu.be/zX4DeCV31YY

12.01.2022 Something so many have trouble with. Guilty myself of trying to feel it in the past... mainly because people never explained it properly to me. This lady Dawn does a great job at explaining many horse terms in simple language so you don’t feel confused or stressed when practicing. I’m a big believer in taking it slow, explain things so people get you which sometimes means not using terminology & describe the feeling & process to achieve the desired outcome. This one is flying changes / lead changes. I find the figure 8 method (large ones) is the best way to learn to do this & teach your horse to as well. My observation here is that soon as the rider slowed the process down they were both more in sync & it happened more easily. Have a watch...

08.01.2022 What does EKE offer? The EKE has been spiritually drawn to assist people in their everyday lives. When we say ‘spiritual’ we are not referring to anything religious it’s a bit like fate the method was developed organically by an idea, then we followed our calling to help people through our horses and our own intuition by utilising activities that we created and continue to develop. The key focus for EKE sessions is to help people accept change, for our facilitators and part...icipates to develop thorough research in obtaining knowledge about themselves and the world around them. Last of all to help people to remain calm during times of stress. Over the next few months we will be sharing some key tips and discussions on here for this so come 2020 when our sessions start up again you can be well prepared to put the EKE methods into practice with our horses or even bring your own horse a long for a session.

07.01.2022 Imagine doing this...

01.01.2022 Just loving EKE’s new home The horses are out there somewhere! Enjoying the lush green grass!
