24.01.2022 The scale is a great tool used correctly. Its not the number that is as important as what that number is made up off. This is a great example of not much difference in the scale ... Middle photo is only 2.1kg less than the first one on the left. The photo on the end is only 1.8kg less than the middle one And the third photo is only 3.9kg less than the first one.

21.01.2022 When a client comes to me with weight-loss or fat-loss goals depending where they are will depend whether they track calories right away. Sometimes just getting them to cut out any unneccessay snacks or even soft drinks or alcohol will work for a start. But eventually they will get to the point they need to track. Tracking is not just about calories, it also tells me what the calories they are consuming are made off. Lets face it not all calories are equal. But you know what ...else it tells me, it tells me how serious they are about their goals. They can tell me how much they want it and how much it means to them to achieve weight/fat loss. Heck they can break down and cry but bottomline if they have excuses as to not tracking they are not serious in my eyes. I am not saying they don't want it. Absolutely they want it but they don't want it enough to do what they need too. I know this is harsh but it is the truth.

15.01.2022 A teacher brought balloons to school and asked the children to blow them all up and then each write their names on their balloon. They tossed all the balloons i...nto the hall while the teacher mixed them from one end to the other. The teacher then gave them 5 minutes to find the balloon with their name on it. The children ran around, looking frantically but as the time ran out - nobody had found their own balloon Then the teacher told them to take the balloon closest to them and give it to the person whos name was on it. In less than 2 minutes everyone had their own balloon. Finally the teacher said, Balloons are like happiness. No one will find it looking for theirs only. Instead if everyone cares about each others they will find theirs as quickly as possible. Lets Be Hope Carriers *Cannot take the credit, saw it, loved it, sharing it!*

15.01.2022 "Oh it's great for them but I am too busy" I hear this sort of thing all the time. People trying to say oh that person did great but I am too busy and can't do it, etc etc etc As harsh as this will sound that is BS. There is far and few things that can really interfere with your time. Bottomline if you want to achieve certain goals whether they are in health, career, family etc then you need to priortise them.... We all have the same 24 hours in a day and we all have life's challenges being thrown at us on a daily basis. We all have the same opportunity of making excuses or finding a way to make it happen, but only YOU can do that. Not even the best program or meal plan will get you results if you are not doing your part.

05.01.2022 To lose weight we need to be in a calorie deficit, that means that calories going in need to be less than the calories going out. To gain weight we need to be in a calorie surplus which means the calories we take in must be higher than the calories that go out. To achieve results yes you need to know what is going in (calories) and what is going out (calories). The only way to know this is to track but quite often even when people are tracking they will not track everything a...s they think if they do not track it it didn't happen. Well I am telling you regardless of what you admit too YOUR body will keep the perfect record of what you put in it and what you put it through such as training, sleep, etc etc.

02.01.2022 Its true 60mins is only 4.16% of 24 hours. But more importantly how are you spending the remaining 95.84% of your day. So many people spend even more than 60mins training to then self sabotage their own efforts throughout the day.
