25.01.2022 Elivyn Park caters for rehabilitations of injured horses when they are stall bound and require medications, bandaging etc. Our day yards provide a little extra room when they come out of box rest but still require limited movement. Theres always something going on to keep them from boredom and plenty of company. #elivynparkrehab #readyforanotherpatient

This is our first lesson with Gleni on lope We have been perfecting cues and body position since Piglet left here in order to have the perfect patnership Shes such a lovely and obliging mare that doesnt need drilling, she knows her job Im elated that Piglet is fostering Glendas confidence in all aspects of travelling and riding. ... I jumped on today to pre flight check and she was on the money so relaxed, so correct and willing! Congratulations mate, Im loving being a part of the journey you deserve and humbled by how much love and spoiling Piglet is receiving, she really does deserve it all Love you both xxx

15.01.2022 Its the starting babies time of year and one of the first steps is checking for and removing wolf teeth IF your young horse has them. This is a part of the owners liability to ensure their side of the booking process at Elivyn Park is completed prior to arrival. Not every horse has them and the percentage of fillies that have them is fewer than colts/geldings. This is Devyns filly Harper and of course she had them ... This one was sizeable and took a bit to carefully and patiently remove. The vet/dentists comment prior was that people often say is that it so we had to follow with the appropriate comment Little Harper had some bute for a few days to recover and can safely start bitting up a few weeks later.

13.01.2022 We are in recovery, probably more like rehab, and its time to say our congrats and thankyous Frankie was reserve to our brilliant rival Harley in the App halter, congratulations Debbie Tucker Dev and Frank had a great youth halter, showmanship, most colourful and E/S Bred classes. Unfortunately an accident rendered him lame for the rest of the weekend, thank you Sharon Currie for the body work and Equissage and your help xx we will sort him out this week hopefully ... Harper has a great first outing, should have shown tho. 06.01.2022 Thank to everyone for their interest, she has been SOLD Jett Set Cowgirl - AQHA A3-779 Mare 31/08/13 14.3.1HH but very deep girthed strong mare. 6-63 rugs... Piglet is looking for someone to love and spoil her Shes western trained and educated to senior horse level but has had limited showing. Shes a sweet ride and knows her job. Great at showmanship. Excellent groundwork and manners. Has trailed out and would need more to be braver on her own. Been to the beach and great to float and do all the normal stuff with. Very easy keeper. Not presently shod. Rugged and stabled. She has been a lesson horse here for a while, teaching youth and adults the foundation exercises and manoeuvres of my training and a great babysitter to our yearling. With my older mare requiring more help with Maintainance and a few other mouths to feed, I simply cannot keep them all. Trial on property welcomed. 05.01.2022 I have become a little fond of this beautiful soul She has had 10 sessions at Elivyn Park. She fronted with anxious behaviour and super sensitive. She had become tense, heavy and rigid through her jaw that extended throughout her body and transitions and paces on the ground and in the saddle. ... To see her crest soft and relaxed through her trot transition and flat work was very rewarding! Shes holding bend through her entire body which results in a softer gait. The pre ride work forges confidence and sets her up for success. I look forward to assisting wherever needed as she progresses, what a star shes destined to be

03.01.2022 I had the pleasure of visiting this fellas home yesterday for his first lesson after some pretty intensive training at Elivyn Park It was so satisfying to see him calm, confident, respectful and obliging In order to ensure success, we scheduled twice weekly lessons whilst in training so everyone was on the same page.... its lovely that going home has seen further improvement without drama. ... Keep up the good work it made my day!
