25.01.2022 Opening night for The Sum of Us is on February 14. Dont miss this stunning and heartfelt play. https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=585203

23.01.2022 Dear ELT Members, Thank you for your continued support and patience in what has been a very difficult year for us all. We have missed seeing you at the theatre and bringing smiles (and occasionally other expressions) to your faces with our shows. But, there is light at the end of the tunnel! ... The Committee has continued to meet throughout the theatre’s closure and have been working on a COVID-safe plan to submit to Nillumbik Council. This will allow us to reopen, with some restrictions, in February next year. We are pleased to share what’s coming to Eltham Little Theatre in 2021: Season 1 - The Songs of a Sentimental Bloke written by C.J. Dennis Season 2 - I’ll Be Back Before Midnight written by Peter Colley Season 3 - Peter Pan Jr. based on the work by Sir J. M. Barrie (youth production) Season 4 - The Long Road written by Sheelagh Stephenson Season 5 Cinderfella written by Julie Cunningham We will provide you with details of the COVID-Safe measures that will be put in place to allow us to operate safely, before the start of the 2021 season. Upcoming Events In preparation for our anticipated return to live theatre in 2021, we are holding a reading of Season 4’s drama "The Long Road'' by Sheelagh Stephenson, directed by George Benca. A Stranger. A knife. A moment of madness. Could you forgive your son's killer? The reading will be held on Saturday 5th December 2020 at 7.30pm. In line with current restrictions and circumstances this reading will be conducted virtually, using Video Conferencing software Zoom. To access the play reading, you will require an internet connection and a laptop or mobile device (mobile phone or tablet). This will be a read-through only and will have no bearing on the casting of the play. Even if you have no intention of joining the production, you are welcome to attend to either read or to listen. If you would like to attend, please contact ELT on [email protected] and an invitation, including meeting details will be provided to you by email. Please note that you must email us in order to receive the correct details for the virtual meeting. Please feel free to share this event with your friends and family. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and we look forward to welcoming you back to Eltham Little Theatre very soon.

22.01.2022 For those who experienced difficulty linking to our audition details for Peter Pan Jr, the problem has now been rectified. We apologise for the inconvenience and confusion arising from the website error.
