22.01.2022 Congratulations to our U19s team strongly winning the 2019 Isuzu Ute Grand Final last night. You all have had a great year. Most of these young champions have also been backing up for A grade throughout the season our club is very proud of you all. One big team!

22.01.2022 Evening all, Tomorrow night our Ladies and Men play Blackwater at home. We are kicking off Rd2 and it’d be great to see or sponsors and supporters down at Mcindoe Park. The Bar will be running and some great home cooked food in the canteen. While I’ve got everyone’s attention, I would like to thank Ryan Keating from Keato’s Signs for our new Brothers Sign at McIndoe. We would struggle to survive without the generosity and support of people such as Ryan. I just need to keep it updated now.

20.01.2022 Get around it! Footy is back but at Morton Park! We are going to mix it up this week. Footy at Morton Park and then off to the Maraboon Tavern! We have partnere...d up with Emerald Brothers RLC and a mixed Tigers/Brothers side will take on the Carltons - The Red Devils at 4.30pm. Then at 6pm the Tigers A Grade will take on the Cartlons for our BRAND NEW PRE-SEASON SHIELD............. The Freshwater/Saltwater Shield. This will be an annual pre-season game. Bar and Canteen available. So whos in? Team lists out friday night!

20.01.2022 These Women are absolute Champions in our eyes! Playing with 13 players all year, maybe with a benchie or 2 but primarily just the 13 on the field, they had secured 2nd place on the ladder. They fought hard against Dysart to earn their rightful place in the Grand Final against Blackwater Crushettes. Lst night they played with so much heart and passion, once again with the bare 14 against a 19 Woman squad, they were 12 nil up at half time break. After a hard fought 2nd half, our women werent able to hold the Trophy after going down 26 - 12. Each one of these women still held their heads high with pride. Congratulations Emerald Brothers Cowgirls. Run amok and enjoy your silly Sunday!!

11.01.2022 It is with great disappointment that I must advise our Sponsors, supporters, and players that due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, all Queensland State and Community Rugby League competitions have been suspended until further notice with the possibility of our competition resuming on the May Day weekend and the State Competition resuming on the 5th June 2020. These Brothers lads took 4th spot to make the semi final the last time being 2015 for the club, so be very proud of what you all have achieved together this season. 5 wins with 6 rookies, 5 of those are U19 & 1 never played league before, that’s called earning respect. 08.01.2022 Calling all Old Boys of Emerald Seagulls and Emerald Cowboys! We need you for a game on 3rd of August against your old foes Emerald Tigers. 4pm kickoff (tbc) We are hoping to have some Old Boys over 35 years take the field as well as be support staff. We will be happy for a couple of under the age of 35 year old blokes if needed. The aim of the game is to reunite old foes and become mates again after with a few bevvies. Game will be 4 x 15 min quarters. ... We are also chasing Sponsorship for the jerseys, shorts and socks. We would love to see the original Seagulls kit again playing against Tigers on McIndoe field but again, we need sponsors to make this happen. The game will be fully insured. Any help in finding a celebrity ref or someone from back in the day would be awesome. Please let Eddie or Jay at Tigers know who you know of. At this stage it is only in the planning stages and needs support if it's to go ahead. Please share the hell out of this to get it off the ground and those Old Boys onto the field! Cheers.
