Your the man for the job ... I wanted someone inspiring to talk to the youth, someone who didnt have things handed to them on a platter, who's childhood and teen life was hard and sometimes lonely, who broke away from the darker side of life, who has been and felt where these kids are right in this very moment. I know I push you out of your comfort zone every time I ask you to talk but I'm forever proud of your work ethic and your story. You never know what your 40 minute talk could do for someone who needs a little guidance. Thank you... Until next time I need you

10.01.2022 Mrs EPIC, Appreciation post (I'll get in trouble for this) Proud is an understatement. Long weekend for most, but not for Mick.... Your 2 staff down this week, but that doesnt stop or slow down your workload Yesterday you worked 6 hours alone while being under the weather to finish the job before the new week. I came along for the ride today to help you, not that I did alot, pushed you around of the mobile scaffold and swept for 2 hours. You were sensational: 2 hours sanding by hand on the scaffold 1 hour using your electric sander 30min vacuuming and 30min scrubbing every square patch on your hands and knees ready to mop. You have just finished a 50 hour week while having the kids by your side on the school holidays. Dropping off kids at friends, dropping Michaela at work, packing lunches for the day, starting at 5am returning at 8am to collect them before I start work. Linkin was by your side all work week with promises of 5pm finishes to go fishing with you till dark. You are ONE man, you run a successful business, answer every phone call and business enquiry, spend your nights doing your accounts and paperwork. Not to mention all the residential, commercial quotes you do all over the kitchen bench. Not to mention all of my requests..(They are a full time job in itself ) Today I was reminded that need to give you more of a break!! Not to get annoyed when you wont come on a 4km dog walk after work, when you dont get time to call trade's or arrange our renos, when you fall asleep on the couch straight after dinner. I'm very proud of you, your work ethic is something I truly admire. I'll give you more of a break and buy you more beer!
