According to Paul (MD Ewastec), Tom is enthusiastic, passionate, hard workin...g and willing to learn the tasks at hand. Tom is keen to help his colleagues in Ewastec, he is punctual from breaks and always wears his PPE. Ewastec is hoping to make this an annual award to encourage all of their workers.
