Masculinity. Being a MAN. Is this diverse, and so are we at Conscious Man Brotherhood... The 2nd Saturday every month we will re-create this space at iconic locations across the Sunshine Coast, under the facilitation of Blase Grinner. Leading men in discussions, providing tools, techniques & take home practices and guiding the hike 1/ you are not being put down, laughed at or ridiculed for being you (no judgement) 2/ you are able to believe that men have your back. That you can trust another man & a group, & because of that 3/ you feel the strength & confidence grow inside you, as you confide and also listen . 4/ you see that your worth is not validated from external influences (money, stature, got it all figured out) rather from the residence within your own heart that, I AM, WE ARE, ALL MEN. All going through the same shit, @ different stages, levels and sometimes just wrapped up differently . 5/ FREEDOM. Not having the elephant kept in the room anymore, that mother f#%ker can get heavy as , which is the weight felt by men, as fathers, as partners, as employees . 6/ you then have let go of the shit, so there’s more space to then JUST BE YOU. Which then allows the jovial, fun, playful, bantering wild man loose; from a place of isness rather than a mask (we) often hide behind, pretending everything is ok . 7/ you grow in your MANHOOD, learning from each other’s story’s, being heathly challenged & offering your own wisdom to the table (which is round, no man above or below) . Being in this community my mindset, my life & love and appreciation for it has changed exponentially. It wasn’t anything too drastic that changed, just my perception & belief that I belong

14.01.2022 January's 1/2 Day BlokesVenture saw 14 men, become BROTHERS . Each man (as we all have) came into the day, holding onto some baggage. Holding onto some fears, thought patterns & limiting beliefs that had held them back from their ultimate vision . The VISION for each man was differnet. More intimacy with their partner, becoming a mens work facilitaor, become full-time as a coach, a deeper spiritaul practice, more quality time with his childern... and the list goes on. THOUGH..., the common through line is EACH MAN WANTED TO BETTER HIMSELF . So we went to work. Declared what held us back in 2019. Confronted some guilt and shame we carry as men. Shared something we love about ourselves... EACH MAN, was able to "let the grip go a bit". Was able to loosen the reins a bit more and bit more . AND YEAH, 100%. This was challenging, sometimes confronting. Though every man grew taller . BECAUSE . He let go of some shit. He wasn't put down, ridiculed, judeged or shamed- RATHER, uplifted, encouraged and welcomed to continue to take off THE MASK. Until, it was time to start MANIFESTING- what does 2020 look like? Who and what do I wish to be, now I'm not hanging onto all that baggage . AND WE DIDN'T STOP THERE. Once we gain clairty in the direction, again we checked in, went deep within ourselves and asked the POWERFUL questions... what has stopped me in the past doing this. What are all the excuses & reasons that I tell myself- NOW LETS RE_WRITE THEM INTO POWERFUL BELIEFS . I share this process with you, as BlokesVenture; The Men's Fuel Station, is a fusion of Mens Work, Personal Development & Adventure . 8 unique monthly 1/2 day experiences, so diverse & jammed packed with life changing arsenal for men & their tool belt . WHY? Why have variety? . Men get bored and tired of the same routine, the same patterns in life. 08.01.2022 THE BREATH. In Maori is called HA, the Breath of Life and it is the most powerful tool that we possess . Here you can see Lukis Mac taking the men on our retreat through his breath technique, practicing bringing the HA, into their heart space . The breath is a guide, a tool, a gateway into parts of our body that we don’t necessarily access in day to day life.
