25.01.2022 I have 5 Aussies and a little chihuahua x jacky and they all eat together. Tonight is raw bones for tea and they all lay together and no arguing, once the meat is all gone from the bones there is a bit of bone swapping but no arguments. I learn so much from my beautiful dogs

14.01.2022 Life is truly amazing and I am always learning how wonderful my beautiful Aussies are. This is Pretty Amazing Grace born 3 days premmie and weighing in at 115gms and now 6 weeks old weighing in at 2.5kg . To think we might have lost her but look at her now nearly ready to have her first vaccination and be microchipped. Breeding is not just about cute fluffy puppies and goodness and light , it’s the love a breeder puts into every single puppy born into their hands . I’m proud of my dedication to this little girl to help her thrive and stay in this world those first few weeks . She is a true miracle

10.01.2022 I’m actually inside our shop working and I get the feeling I’m being watched ?? I turn around to see Archer looking straight at me as if to say Hi mum I’ve been wondering when you would say hi back ? Beautiful boy just sits and waits for me to come out and give him a cuddle

10.01.2022 A puppy enquiry asked for my puppies get on ok with cats? As you can see Archer is allowed to get close to Sugar for a lick or sniff but rest assured if he gets too up close and personal Sugar will stop turnaround quick smart and give him a smack , no claws. Archer like my other dogs has grown up with my cat from a puppy

08.01.2022 How similar are our bone structures???! As a breeder of Australian Shepherds I explain to prospective new puppy owners how important it is to NOT over exercise their young puppy and I give them a copy of this Xray with the explanation in their puppy packs. Today a post was put in Facebook about young children and how it’s very similar that young children’s hands are to young puppies. Look at how the tiny bones are only held together by tendons and are yet to all join up Amazing !

08.01.2022 2 years ago today we lost our beautiful Miss Polly. The matriarch of Eyreabella, my first breed female . She was sassy , loveable, bossy, great mumma and mist of all full of life and she was taken too early. She had a grass seed imbedded in between 2 of her pads and it turned to Tetanus and 2 weeks later we had to let her go. Check your dogs all over and especially between pads, under armpits , groins , I mean every inch of their body .... Grass seeds are deadly and they can sit for ages before you know there is one stuck. Miss Polly was taken way too soon and we miss her See more
