03.01.2022 Back in the Sunshine State: It's great to be back in beautiful, sunny Qld and open for business from 1 November, offering First Aid and CPR training for groups and individuals. Work Groups - If you have a group of 6 or more, we will come to you to provide contextualised training in your workplace. Public Courses - Keep an eye on our Events page (button on the left), for dates at a venue near you. We will be delivering training at regular intervals in Logan, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley and Darling Downs regions. Dates will be posted as venues are confirmed.

03.01.2022 Latest Facts About FACTS First of all, an apology to all of our regular and past clients and new customers who have been trying to contact us over the past few months. Both of our trainers, Rosie and Steve have been working and staying in isolated areas in the Northern Territory, with very irregular access to phone networks or internet. We have endeavoured to call back numbers when in areas that provide coverage, but understand that we may have missed a number of people. W...e apologise for the inconvenience. Secondly, it appears that there may be an offer to extend the NT Training Contract. In this case, the FACTS Training office in Beenleigh will not be providing First Aid, CPR, Security etc training for an extended period of time although it will continue to operate as our administration centre. We will confirm this when the new Contract becomes definite. In the mean time, we recommend you contact one of our partner Registered Training Organisations regarding training needs. * For First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training, call: Allen’s Training 1300 559 064 * For Security and Industry courses, call: Pro-System Training Services (07) 38 522 522 Please remember to tell them you were referred to them by FACTS. Whatever happens, we will be returning to South East Queensland every few months (dates to come), so may still be able to provide training for your organisation/group if schedules coincide. Finally, should the Contract go ahead as envisaged, we will consider moving our operations centre. This will mean that our premises may become available for interested parties, as a joint venture, lease-takeover or sub-lease.
