02.01.2022 Giant of a rug measures at 3.70x4.50m (12'2 x 14'9). This giant is hand- knotted from hand-spun pure wool. It's called Gabbeh and comes from the mountains of Afghanistan. Natural dyes have been used in the making of this rug. It weights around 60 kg (132 Lbs). It would have taken an incredible amount of time to weave this one down, approximately around 4 months for 2 people.
