If you have defective pool barriers and defective gate...s, you will be prosecuted and the fines are harsh. This kicks in next week and it is about stopping our children and grandchildren from drowning. Be aware that you can also be fined if you are selling a house with a defective pool barrier. The reporter that presentend the award to the Pest Company was in very bad taste and the worst journalism that I have ever seen. Hear both sides of the story first.
