22.01.2022 Another Box Draw Tent (this time a Queen size) leaves for its new home in Melbourne tomorrow. Thanks for your purchase John and Anne, hoping you get many years ...an enjoyment out of it. We now have another double unit available for immediate delivery or pick up with 3 more units being manufactured currently. Proud that these are Australian made here in Maryborough Qld. Next week another double unit gets fitted to a style side dual cab with our custom tub rack. This is the only hard shell tent that will solely fit on your Dual Cab canopy or Dual Cab style side rack below the vehicles roof line. No other hard shell tent does this. 19.01.2022 The FCMTB Club, QPWS, TrailWorx and DSMRA have all joined together for a massive working bee over at the Telstra Tower side of the road. Pete from TrailWorx wi...ll be spending 2 weeks creating a loop and fixing up some of the tracks that have been affected by erosion. Work will start on Monday 17 August and finish 28 August. If you are available on any day during this time please message on FB and we will pass on the information. Any help is appreciated. We will also be having a Club working bee on Sunday 30 August from 7am to approx 11am instead of our Social Ride. Please come and help if you have any time to spare. 14.01.2022 A few years ago KTM changed the clutch on the enduro models from a multi spring clutch to a diaphragm Belleville spring clutch and 99 percent of us including me... said "okay whatever" and took no notice. Only recently I got shown that you can easily and quickly change the feel and action of the clutch to your liking. I have played around with this and its really worthwhile. There are three settings for I guess preload on the spring, X, Y and Z with Y being the stock position. By moving the bolts to the X position you will get a lighter lever feel and smoother engagement of the clutch which helps with getting traction in the slippery stuff. By moving to the Z position I found I got a heavier lever feel but a really strong engagement in the clutch, perfect for blasting out of berms and ruts and more aggressive riding. Z would probably work better if your clutch is really worn and starting to slip a bit. I cant find much info on the Web about this, I hope it helps. Thanks to Mike Skinner for putting me on to this! 01.01.2022 TRAIL RIDE Sunday 24th March From Granville travel to Bidwill Rd travel 16.5 km see track on left. From Maryborough South take Teddington Rd, follow over Weir ...on to Weir Rd, follow to Bidwill Rd, turn right follow road till it turns dirt, travel other 900 meters see track on left. Sign on 7.00am ride away 7.30am. Easy - Medium Ride about 80km loop. Please have trail snacks and plenty of water. Rego bikes and licensed riders only. Please carry your own tools and spare tube etc, Help will be given if needed.
