16.01.2022 Lower back pain could be associated with emotions of feeling unsupported in life. The important thing is to not blame others for what we felt they did or did not do. Feeling unsupported comes back to our ability to have faith in ourselves and our ability to support ourselves no matter the circumstances. It is connected to our awareness and acceptance of our choices.

04.01.2022 In a little village there was a drought so the villagers got together and called for a rain maker. The wise old man said he would come on one condition, that they provide him a hut out in the country side and leave him alone. The rainmaker came and for 3 days he was left alone. On the 3rd day it started to rain. The villagers asked how did you do It? The man replied - all I did was put myself in order, then the world will be in order, the drought must yield to the rain so balance is restored.
