05.01.2022 Mindset Monday is back ... after a relaxing, if somewhat wet Christmas break here in Sydney I’m refreshed and excited to dive into a whole new year. What are your plans for 2021?

04.01.2022 Every morning I centre myself and find my balance before starting the day. I love the Calm app and the messages in the Daily Calm always seem to have resonance to the daily happenings of my life.

04.01.2022 Whenever you get sidetracked or lose your way, simply take a few long deep breaths and recentre yourself. Remember the what, why and how of your goal and the rest will be clear. Namaste
