24.01.2022 The people involved in a company will always be its greatest asset, so that’s why we created the Flash Line Awards Program. Two times a year we run this recognition program to highlight & praise two team members for outstanding all-round workmanship, drive & loyalty. We also refer to customer feedback and look at overall performance in the areas of safety, punctuality & customer service. For these reasons we’d like to formally congratulate and thank Joseph Salibindla & Sagar Ghosh. Both these gents have proven to be vital assets to our company, having worked very hard for the past few months. Sagar and Joseph have been selected by Director Indy Dasanayaka as this round’s recipients. Both employees were gifted with brand new phones of their choice for their excellent service with Flash Line. Well done boys!

22.01.2022 This week we officially welcomed 3 new trucks that joined our growing fleet. Our beautiful new 8 Pallet truck is designed to honour our many years of partnership in business with Perfection Fresh Australia. We also have a stunning new 6 Pallet truck with tail lift and another 3 Pallet truck joining the family as well. Keep a lookout for our vehicles in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra & Melbourne.

20.01.2022 TOOLBOX MEETING JULY Here we go with our first Toolbox talk for the Financial year 2019-20 conducted by our Finance Director/HACCP Team Leader Anushka Dasanayaka We have briefly welcomed our new staff and also discussed our progress, but the spotlight was on the safety concerns and also Occupational Health and Saftey Standards. In this monthly meeting, employee concerns were addressed and we also discussed anomalies that occurred in the near past.

16.01.2022 FLASH LINE - SYDNEY Here we go with another Toolbox meeting for the month of October, we have welcomed our off-site employee who will be now working at our Sydney Office. This meeting has presented a fantastic opportunity for us to explore the risk of specific health and safety issues and think about ways to deal with them. Few things discussed... Importance of Pre-start checks and the drivers are obliged to complete it before the start of shift. Safety in customer premise or our own yard. Effective ways to stay hydrated in summer. New road rules. Communicating the issues to get them resolved. Respectful behavior at the workplace. The team was very excited that they got to meet the key persons of Flash Line. Meeting was conducted by Anushka head of Finance/ HACCP Team leader & Angeesa (Angi) our Operations Manager Flash Line Melbourne and discussed how to be prepared for the exciting work during the Christmas period.... The meeting focused on OHS procedures and discussed the new customer requirements. 09.01.2022 FLASH LINE TRANSPORT HAS ACHIEVED ISO 22000 CERTIFICATION! During the months of September right through to December, Flash Line Transport was audited by our internal auditor Mr. Emad Alamgir as well as Mr. Pezhman Motlagh, SAI Global's Food Safety and Quality Lead Auditor. Thanks to the Flash Line team, we were able to receive external certification for our Food Safety Management System which complied with the requirements of ISO 22000, incorporating the Principles of HACCP d...eveloped by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. Our dedication to following our Food Safety procedures has enabled us to reach compliance of ISO 22000 for the provision of transport services for temperature-controlled and ambient food products. This is a huge milestone for the Flash Line family and we are grateful to all our staff & customers for helping us achieve this. Thank you to everyone for their continued support!
