17.01.2022 2019 and 2020 have been tough years for everyone. That said, we in Townsville have been fortunate up to now having escaped the worst of the Covid 19 impacts. In this sense we have been fortunate in holding our 2018 pricing unchanged through the 2019 floods and the Covid 19 disruptions to our trading hours and the heavy impact on our supply costs. You may have noticed the increasing number of small café’s and coffee shops either closing or not re-opening in recent months as th...ese impacts take their toll. As a business we are implementing a variety of changes to our service offerings and cost saving measures to maintain our quality of product and service to our customers and remain a going concern. We will be updating our prices from Monday the 16th November 2020. We are maintaining our free delivery policy but introducing a minimum order size of $15 per delivery, so please make sure you ask your colleagues before finalising an order. Despite the ongoing emphasis on card transactions, we will still maintain our policy of no minimum charges on Eftpos transactions or charging of services fees on card transactions in contrast to the vendors using third party delivery services. We have kept prices stable where we have been able to secure supply chains, however meat and fresh vegetable prices have increased dramatically and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We have adjusted prices just enough to maintain the integrity and quality of our food and services in the belief that prices will stabilise at lower rates in 2021. We will provide menus with the new pricing on deliveries and instore pick up’s so customers can see what is changing. The menu board has also been updated with the new prices (although not yet in use). There will also be menus with the new pricing available on the counter. Price increases affect everyone and are never enjoyable, but we should not forget as Benjamin Franklin once said The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten

08.01.2022 As a part of our Covid Safe Industry Plan we still require all of our customers to wash their hands and sign in if taking a seat upon entry. Due to summer back with a vengeance, we have closed our front door but do have hand sanatiser inside to your right! Please understand this is a requirement for us to continue trading safely.
