21.01.2022 On the way to Tarana Farmers Market last Sunday. Sometimes you wonder whether its all worth, getting up at 4am on Sunday and getting into the kitchen to cook and bake while most people are still asleep. And then you see this beauty. Its not just about the money.

21.01.2022 Hello all, since the madness of not being able to sell at the markets due to all of them being cancelled for obvious reasons , we decided to offer our products for sale through social media. We can deliver withing Bathurst or you can come pick up from our kitchen at the Greens on William. Minimal delivery order $30. Available Monday through to Thursday. You can grab a selection of our pies - Beef : Bourguignon, PepperSteak & Mushroom & Goulash, Chicken : Coc Au Vin, Cacciato...re & Chicken & Leek. Sausage rolls: Lamb and Rosemary. Quiches: Pumpkin with Caramelised Onion and Fetta, Loraine and Spinach & Four Cheese. All these are $7.00/each or get a box of 5 for $33 or box of 10 for $65. You can get them raw frozen and cooked them your self (raw pastry, the filling is cooked of course) or freshly cooked ready to be warmed up and served. We also sell our cakes : Lemon Meringue Tart, Orange & Almond, Carrot & Walnut, Blueberry and Caramel Cheese Cakes, Pear Frangipane Tart, Chocolate Mud Cake, Apple & Raspberry Crumble Tart, Salted Caramel Tart, Portuguese Tarts, Date & Walnut Friands - blueberry, raspberry, apple, apricot, Muffins - blueberry crumble, apple & cinnamon crumble and raspberry with white chocolate crumble. Slices: Caramel Slice, Chocolate & Walnut Brownie and Passion Fruit & Coconut Slice. 08.01.2022 THE MARKET IS ON TOMORROW Many farmers markets around the state are on tomorrow and Orange will be trading from 8.30am to midday at Northcourt. Please read the... information below regarding the current public health concerns...
