We have open the goal posts up a little and giving the people with a low starting body fat % a chance for the win also by determining the winner on the percentage of the body fat % lost. Example ... Starting body fat percentage 12% End body fat percentage 6% 50% loss Starting body fat percentage 21% End body fat percentage 8% 61% loss This will have a very similar outcome as our last challenges however this make is a lot more competitive for the people that are starting at a low body fat % 3 entry options 1. Every week is a new week of the challenge so you can join in whenever you wish. We will have a weekly winner and an overall winner based on how many weekly wins they have. FREE TO ENTER FOR EVERYONE! The Isolation weekly challenge!! Designed more so to keep people focused, accountable and motivated through this period. It’s free to enter and there is no prize money involved. By all means have some friendly competition with your friends and or family with your own prize money within your group Each day you have goals to meet with each goal having a point system value. They are as follows. - Keep under your target calories for the day (this will be given to you) - 5 points - Keep under 15g of sugar for the day - 5 points - Complete a weighted or body weighted session (eg HITT class, your own weighted session or bootcamp styled session) - 5 points - complete a cardio based session for the day (eg bike ride, run, sprints or go for a swim) - 5 points - every 10,000 steps recored for the day - 5 points We will provide different applications on your phone to record these activities. Each day you will have a total score and a score totalled from Sunday through to Saturday which will determine the weekly winner!!! The Summer Shred 10 week challenge will include, ... - before and after skin folds (this will show the persons amount of body fat % lost in the 10 weeks which will determine the winner) - Before and after photos - Meal plan 3 training options 1. Bootcamp option - includes weekly outdoor bootcamps at different locations such as Mount Eliza, Mornington, Mount Martha and Dromana. 6pm Monday and Thursday nights. $170 to enter. 2. Gym option - Allows you to use the gym facility at your own leisure. Full training program will be provided. $200 to enter. 3. Bootcamp and Gym option - includes both option 1 and 2. $350 to enter. $50 of each persons entry will be put towards prize money. 07.01.2022 Performance challenge starting on the 12th April! There is 2 challenges that will be running and are as follows! Bootcamp option - at the end of the 6 weeks you will go through a time trial of 5 exercises with a 1 minute rest in between each exercise. ... Quickest total time of all the exercises wins! Male and female winners! Bootcamp classes are by appointment with a 15 person limit of each class. Times are as follows (45 minute classes) Monday’s - 5pm, 5:45pm and 6:30pm Tuesday - 6:15am ( 3 spots left) Thursday - 5pm, 5:45pm and 6:30pm Friday 6:30am (4 spots left) These classes will incorporate weight based training also using the equipment in the gym. Each class is $10 plus a $50 buy in which goes towards prize money. The times you select will be your times for the 6 weeks. Gym option - at the end of the 6 weeks there will be 2 competitions you can enter with this option 1. 1 rep max - you will have 3 attempts to perform your 1 rep max on barbell squats, bench press and deadlifts. The person with the highest weight lifted wins! Male and female winners. 2. Reps at 75% body weight - you will have 1 attempt to perform barbell squats, bench press and deadlifts for as many reps as you can lifting 75% of your body weight. Male and female winners. The gym option is free for current gym members and $120 for non members (this will get you a 6 week membership). A strength program will be provided for everyone.
