24.01.2022 Hope everyone is well and coping with the current Lock Down, you must be at the end of your tether with the Draconian Restrictions imposed by the Victorian Government. Since the end of March, we too have been unable to undertake any Brides Choice Awards Presentation Evenings and no real idea when we can recommence. There does not appear to be any light at the end of the tunnel with comments made by your Premier Daniel Andrews, so we have decided we will do a Virtual Brides C...hoice Award Presentation. This will be undertaken Tuesday 20th October 6.00pm via Zoom. We need to get the WINNERS announced so that hopefully 2021 will be considerably more conducive to running events to celebrate excellence in the Gippsland & Phillip Island Wedding Industry. So, we have structured a two (2) tier approach to announcing WINNERS of the Brides Choice Awards 1. It is always more preferable to celebrate with your peers in person, but this has been stolen from us. Considering it will be a VIRTUAL Presentation we will announce all recipients of a Brides Choice Award and supply all the Soft Copy BCA Logo Roundels for Marketing Collateral and Post WINNERS etc on http://www.brideschoiceawrads.com.au 2. Once we come out of Government Restrictions we will initiate the Awards Presentation Evening allowing the opportunity to Celebrate Excellence in person with Physical Awards being distributed at that time. Everything will be will flow from the 20th relating to: - Licence to use the Brides Choice Awards TM Logo Roundels for (WINNER, Highly Commended, TOP10 or TOP5) - All REGISTRANTS that receive a BCA (WINNER, Highly Commended, TOP10 or TOP5) receive a complimentary (12-month subscription) Directory Listing on http://www.ourwedding.com.au - All REGISTRANTS that receive a BCA (WINNER, Highly Commended, TOP10 or TOP5) receive a Listing on http://www.brideschoiceawards.com.au - WINNERS will be followed on #brideschoiceawards and will have posts shared from time to time. - All WINNERS will have the opportunity to participate in the Australian Wedding Awards 2021 (NEW) We are all between a Rock & a Hard Place, thank you for your support and understanding, we look forward to celebrating Excellence in the Gippsland & Phillip Island Wedding Industry in October. 17.01.2022 We have been monitoring the impact of the CoronaVirus on the Wedding / Events Industry. Government yesterday afternoon has set down significant social limitations on our day to day activities. We want to ensure the Brides Choice Awards Gippsland & Phillip Island is a positive experience for all in a safe environment we have been instructed that our events need to be postponed, once we receive instruction that we can implement Brides Choice Awards again we will celebrate with you, please be patient we want to share accolades with you in a positive and fun environment which is not available at this time.
