25.01.2022 Very proud moment to see Gneevebrack Storm (imp) join the Anzac day march in Wagga Wagga to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landings. Ridden by Former Army Captains Aaron and Madeline Oldaker (on CSU Lyrebird) Well done to the team.

25.01.2022 Brilliant news - 8 years after we lost the King of Glenormiston - Domo Cavallo Praize, he's still producing beautiful progeny. Asham Connemaras & Sporthorses has today introduced their new filly "Asham Bluebird" by Praize. A magnificent filly who they have very high hopes for..... and in their hands, I am sure it will happen.

24.01.2022 Congratulations to 10 year old Brooke Boland riding the lovely Glenormiston Redmond. Theyve been selected in the Qld Primary Interschool team to compete in Victoria! Brooke has been riding for less than 12 months and only competed at her first competition in November last year. The pair finished 3rd overall in the Primary Interschool State Championships last weekend! ... Gl Redmond is owned by Carla Cosgrove. Quote: "Doesnt look like I am getting my mount back anytime soon!"

"Glenormiston Roseanna (Castle Baron-Glenormiston Rosaleen) won National ridden Connemara of the year at the National Pony of the year show against 5 beautiful Connemara ponies, travelling from South Australia to compete at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre against Australias most beautiful horses" "She won in the open show ring at the Show Horse Council of South Australia rising star championships... to champion first season show hunter galloway bringing home the flowers and a rug with a broad sash, very proud of my Glenormiston Pony taking it all in her stride in her first season of showing. 16.01.2022 Thank you again Jo Carter and Corien Ridley for organising this weekends fabulous Gala Breed Show in memory of our Mum (Sue Clarke). She would have loved to have seen so many people and their ponies gather to raise money for Breast Cancer research. No one ever thinks it will happen to them, but when it does, it reminds us all of how short life can be, and to invest in what we love most. ... In Mums case, this was her ponies and her family. She was inspirational, generous, amazing and internationally recognised for her Glenormiston Connemara ponies. We miss her every day, but this event will be one to remember. Thank you Jo and Corien for doing everything to make this happen. Love Barton, Andrew, Sarah, and Sophie Clarke xx

02.01.2022 A fabulous tribute tonight for Glenormiston Oliver (Oxenholm Gideon - Millfield Seaspray) who after 32 wonderful years was given his final resting place. Below is a post from Lani Pickard, whos family/stud bought Oliver as a young colt from Glenormiston. He was not only a beautiful stallion, and gentleman, he was an all-rounder and successful in everything he did. REPOST from Lani Pickard on Connemaras Australia (Facebook):... "This was a post I was dreading...Last Wednesday the beautiful Glenormiston Oliver was given his final resting place here on our farm. We were blessed to have had 32 wonderful years with this amazing boy. Over the years Dad & I both showed Ollie. Ollie competed in everything...led, ridden, harness, showjumping, hunter trials. He was an amazing pony to do anything with & his legacy will live on through his babies. Ollie was unmistakably a one in a million pony in every aspect & will never be able to be replaced as he has left a hoof print on my heart for eternity. He has now been reunited with Dad. RIP my beautiful friend I will love you forever xx"
